Mail contents problem in full backup

I m choosing mail option when I want to take full backup from Plesk but it isnt adding mail contents. At console same problem. There no way to take mail contents in full backup. We are using mailenable for mail server. I check file permissions there is no problem with them. In log file only I can see "Info: There are 0 messages in the mailbox ". I am choosing mail but log is giving this error. Is there anyone live this problem ?
